Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or cardboard box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
